Why on earth would I want to ingest essential oils internally with a vegetable capsule? I swore I would NEVER do this until I tried it. It's no different than a supplement. Think about it, these are concentrated organic plants from the earth. Just like herbs but thousands of times stronger. It packs a bigger punch when it hits your gut. Incredible experience.
